Responsibilities:
- To understand and apply knowledge of internal audit approach;
- To understand and apply knowledge of international internal audit and accounting standards;
- To understand companies’ business processes, its system of internal controls and operations;
- To prepare appropriate work papers with proper documentation of objectives, work done, conclusion and submission for further review within set deadline;
- To inform the respective supervisor about all of the detected audit findings in the area under review and suggest recommendations.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, accounting or finance;
- At least 1 year of experience in the areas of internal audit, financial audit or other related field (internal audit experience is a significant plus);
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs;
- Any professional qualifications is a plus (CIA, ACCA, CFE, CPA).

Key requirements for the Investment Analyst position:
Investment and Risk Unit
Main responsibilities:
- Gathering and analysing project-related data provided by third parties, and verifying it by doing proper research
- Performing financial modelling, including Discounted Cash Flow Model and Comparable Model
- Supporting financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis to have a better understanding of investment’s risk-return profile
- Performing risk assessment and financial due diligence of investment opportunities
- Preparing presentations comprising financial ratios, tables and outcome of investment opportunities
- Participating in enterprise risk management process covering all functions of the company
- Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Heath, Safety and Sanitation requirement applied within the company
- To maintain total confidentiality
- Additional ad-hoc tasks as requested
Main requirements:
- A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting
- Financial modelling skills and the ability to create git for purpose financial models using best practice techniques
- Great understanding of the financial statements and interconnection between each other
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially formulas)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Hardworking with a good attitude, open to constructive feedback
- Strong analytical mind-set with great attention to detail, agile ability to exercise good judgment
- Extraordinary research, qualitative and quantitative analytical reasoning
- Highly ambitious and self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability
- Capability to operate in a stressful, deadline-driven environment while still maintaining strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize issues appropriately
- Strong work ethic with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ACCA, CFA, FRM certification
